2008 Business Awards

Our business community is growing daily with grand openings and improvements and it takes a special celebration to honor them all. The Greater Catonsville Chamber of Commerce hosted that celebration at the Catonsville Business Awards on October 21 at the Rolling Road Golf Club. Our featured speaker was Mark Erickson of Erickson Retirement Communities. We were pleased to commemorate Erickson's 25th Anniversary of the Charlestown Retirement Community in Catonsville and we appreciated Mark sharing with us his look back on those 25 years and Erickson's vision for the future.

Fine food, impressive businesses, trade show displays, surprises and the music of the Piano Man, Nick Margaritas and drummer Bruce VanDervort combined to make the 2008 Catonsville Business Awards a very special evening.
