Please join the Catonsville Chamber as we host our fifth “Good for Business” breakfast meeting on Friday, June 29 at the Knights of Columbus, 1010 Frederick Road, at 7:30 am. This breakfast meeting will discuss the challenges of hiring the new generation of employees, Gen Y or the millennials, employees born between 1980 and 2000.

Generation Y, a.k.a “Trophy Kids”, have gotten awards just for showing up, so how do you realistically manage that expectation in the workplace?  Join us for a round table discussion, with Sue Plitt, Associate Director of the UMBC Career Services Center, that will help identify generational differences...and similarities...to ensure increased engagement and productivity in your workplace!
